| MADONNA M. FINNEY is a Florida licensed attorney who limits her legal practice to adoption law. Ms. Finney is a member of the American Academy of Adoption Attorneys, and represents the Academy before the Florida Legislature as their lobbyist. Ms. Finney serves as the Vice President of the Florida Adoption Council and is a Past President of the Florida Association of Adoption Lawyers. She is a member of the Florida Bar Family Law Section. Ms. Finney is a former Assistant General Council to the then, State of Florida Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services. She is a founder and Officer of COSHARE, INC., a non- profit organization dedicated to providing medical supplies and equipment to children in developing countries. In 1995, the Florida Supreme Court and Governor recognized her for outstanding Pro Bono service to the Court for her representation of abused, abandoned and neglected children. Ms. Finney graduated from the University of Florida College of Law in 1987, and has been a member of The Florida Bar since 1988. She is married and has two daughters. She is admitted to the Federal Bar of the Middle District of Florida, and the Bar of the United States Supreme Court. She has achieved the highest rating from Martindale- Hubbell, a national independent service that rates law firms throughout the country. Florida Bar No. 0746990.

MARILU works as our firm's Adoption Coordinator. She came to this law firm in January of 1998 after working for the Leon Advocacy and Resource Center as a social worker. She graduated from the University of Miami in 1983. Marilu is fluent in English and Spanish. She is married and the adoptive mother of twin daughters.

| LEAH works as our firm's Adoption Social Worker. She obtained a Masters Degree in Social Work from Florida State University in 1994. She came to our firm in 2004, and brings with her over ten years of experience working with foster and adoptive families. She is the mother of three boys.
DEBY is an Administrative Assistant for our firm. She is able to assist you with administrative issues. She brings to the firm over 15 years of executive secretarial experience.
CHRISTINE is an Administrative Assistant. While she recently joined our staff, she brings to our firm over 3 years of adoption experience, as well as excellent office skills.
